Earth Day

Here’s an image I created in response to a call for artists from the #OurOtherMother campaign by Parents for Future.

An cartoon illustration of the Earth seen from space. The planet has been distorted into a heart-shape. The sun is setting on the northwest/upper left and the moon is rising on the southeast/lower right. There are stars in the void.

Inktober 2020 #10 – Dizzy

Here’s a dizzy chibi with a very different style of linework than the last chibis. I made this one an intentionally blank character because I’m really focusing on the concept of dizzy rather than any character details at all.

A chibi style character staggering and dizzy.

Summer Reading Program

This was a tremendously fun project to do.  The theme, Explore the Unknown, was meant to refer to all sorts of fun cryptozoological, mythical, and sci-fi subjects.  Included in this piece is a UFO with Roswell-style aliens, a unicorn, a big foot, the Loch Ness Monster, a kraken, and a mermaid.  The font is Black Pearl by JoannaVu.

Star-Gazing

My third kite-themed entry for the SCBWI Postcard Illustration Contest.

A boy and a girl use a telescope to look at a kite-shaped constellation in the night sky.

The Slender Man

My version of the Slender Man.

Sitting on a Bench

I made this for a greeting card.  I have several versions up on my Zazzle store.  Here’s one:  http://www.zazzle.com/greeting_card_note_card-137648537833700527
