Hey, look. We broke 100. Two thirds of this project posted.
I’m not sure if I’ve ever drawn a trumpet before, so this was fun. I also enjoyed the argyle pattern on his sweater vest far more than I probably should have.

I really enjoyed doing the stripes on this child’s tank top shirt and I think the color choice came out nice.

This girl is about to show off her skill with a lasso. The rope used for a lasso is stiffer than a regular rope so that the loop at the end will stay open when it’s thrown. I looked up what this should look like before I drew it to make sure I had it right.

This kid’s heading to the beach.

This batch skipped the little girl and added an extra 7-9 year old. They said they were a little light on the birthday party theme characters.
I gave the client three options on dress design. The rainbow one was my favorite. Which do you like best?

New batch. East Asian people this time. The specs for this one called for a boy aged 4-6 with a larger body type wearing this specific outfit with a bug net and holding a fuzzy caterpillar.

This old lady looks all warm and bundled up, doesn’t she? I enjoyed the pattern I did on the knit things on a child character earlier in this project so much that I used the same idea again in this lady’s gloves and scarf. I think it made the knitwear look really soft.

Not our first basketball player, but this one can spin a basketball on their finger. (A trick I was impressed with when I was a kid.)

This sweet guy has a bunny! Awww….

Here’s a skateboarder with a groovy board. I think the pattern on the shoes is distracting, but the client liked it.
