Okay, so this has been fiddled with, but not that much. I masked out the blossom and upped the vibrance and saturation by 10 each. Then I lowered the saturation for everything else by 40-something.
I really like the striation on the petals between the red and almost-beige parts. I thought it was interesting.
It’s also not a standard tulip. It’s some fancy breed with funny petals, but it’s still a tulip.
I did a little photo shoot the other day using valentine’s day candies and my new DSLR camera.
Earlier this fall a hot air balloon landed right behind our house.
I was doodling hearts in Adobe Illustrator.
The double heart is mine. The font is Action Man, which isn’t mine.
Another good variation would be to use the word “forever”, with the “o” being the double heart.
This image popped into my head the other day and wouldn’t leave me alone. No idea why. Not my typical sort of art. I’m not even sure if it’s art or not. But it was insistent. So. Here you go.
