Here’s a skateboarder with a groovy board. I think the pattern on the shoes is distracting, but the client liked it.

Is this our first one with fun, brightly dyed hair? It might be. It was fun to figure out what technique to use to show the dyed hair.

Here’s a chubby little boy holding out a birthday present. The client asked me to put a pattern on his little vest, but I didn’t like how that was looking. So, I added a dino in his pocket instead. The client agreed that they liked that better.

Recycling Book – Page 9

Here’s an image that appears on page 9 of a coloring book about recycling commissioned by Positive Promotions for Earth Day. Since this whole project was a rush job, I don’t think I got the characters quite as consistent as I usually do. I think the boy on the left side’s head needs to be larger in comparison to his body. Oh, well. I’ll try to do better in the future. 🙂
