This old lady looks all warm and bundled up, doesn’t she? I enjoyed the pattern I did on the knit things on a child character earlier in this project so much that I used the same idea again in this lady’s gloves and scarf. I think it made the knitwear look really soft.

An old Latina lady stands holding a to-go coffee cup in both hands. She is wearing a long lilac puffer coat, tan snow boots, and a set of gloves, hat and scarf with a light gray, white, and blue pattern.

Not our first basketball player, but this one can spin a basketball on their finger. (A trick I was impressed with when I was a kid.)

A Latine basketball player stands while spinning a basketball on one finger. They are wearing a white and red basketball uniform, white sneakers, and goggle-style glasses. They have one hand on their hip. Their medium brown hair is curly and shoulder length.

More beaded jewelry. I hope we didn’t overdo that detail. We may have.

Our first adult. Beaded jewelry is fun to draw. So was the pattern on her sweater. The pose the client initially requested had her looking down at her wristwatch. Then they changed their mind and wanted her waving.

She has jeans, cowboy boots, a t-shirt, and a white, red, and blue patterned cardigan. Her black hair falls to just past her shoulders and is slightly wavy.

Last one for this batch. I think he’s heading out to the golf course.

Here’s our second muumuu of the batch. Also with a floral pattern, but a bit of a different style this time. I had-drew these blossoms instead of making a stamp. I did copy-and-paste some of them, though. I also painted her toenails.

An old lady wearing a long, red, floral print muumuu dress. She's standing with one hand raised as if waving. She is Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander. She has her grey hair pulled back into a loose bun at her neck. She is wearing flip-flop sandals and has her toenails painted red.

The pattern on this shirt was based on a vintage Duke Kahanamoku design provided by the client.
